Monday evenings: Yin Yoga, 7-8pm @ 2 West Terrace, BN21 4QX. Time to slow down, soften and find space.
£10 to drop in, £36 for 4 consecutive weeks.

Saturday mornings: Hatha Yoga, 9-10 @ 2 West Terrace, BN21 4QX. An active practice focusing on finding harmony between breath and body.
Suggested minimum donation £5.

The Ultimate Relaxation is a monthly online event where you can drop deeply into the rest and bliss that is Yoga Nidra. The next date is Sunday 3rd August @8pm. Choose your own price point at the checkout.

WORKSHOPS

🧘‍♀️ Meditate with Mala Beads 🧘‍♂️

Slow down. Breathe deeply. Connect within.

Join us for a calming and accessible session where you’ll learn how to meditate using mala beads—a beautiful and grounding tool to help quiet the mind and anchor your focus. Whether you're completely new to meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this session will guide you through: the history and meaning of mala beads, how to use them for mantra or breath-based meditation, a guided practice using your own (or provided) mala beads and tips for starting a regular home practice. Expect a gentle, welcoming atmosphere with space for questions, reflection, and stillness.

Bring your own mala beads if you have them, or borrow a set during the session. No experience necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to breathe.

🌿 The Big Chill 🌙

Take a deep breath and join us for The Big Chill—a 90-minute soul-soothing workshop designed to gently unwind your body, calm your mind, and lift your spirit. In this slow, nurturing session, we’ll move through gentle, supportive yoga to release tension. There will an opportunity for a moment of reflection with an oracle card pull, and then journalling to clear the mental clutter. We’ll wind down with a cup of herbal tea and an open-hearted chat.

It’s your invitation to slow down, tune in, and give yourself some well-earned TLC in a welcoming space. All are welcome. No previous experience needed—just come as you are.

💛 Soulful Sunday 💛

A gentle pause. A space to soften. A practice of compassion.

Step into stillness with us for Soulful Sunday—a two-hour gathering to nourish your body, heart and spirit through mindful movement, heartfelt reflection, and meaningful connection. This gentle and grounding session includes deeply restful restorative yoga to release and restore, a guided metta (loving-kindness) meditation to open the heart, and then time to sip a hot drink and share in a warm, thoughtful discussion on compassion—for self and others

Soulful Sunday is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with what really matters—in a welcoming space where you can simply be. No experience needed. Just bring a curious heart, a Yoga or exercise mat and something cosy to sit in.

As summer begins to soften into autumn, join us for The September Soundbath—a deeply relaxing evening of rest and resonance, held in a warm, welcoming space. Let waves of soothing sound wash over you as you're guided into stillness with a grounding arrival and breath practice. You’ll go on a full-body sound journey using gongs, singing bowls, chimes and gentle tones. This is your invitation to pause, listen deeply, and let go of what no longer serves you—making space for whatever this new season brings.

Please bring a mat, blanket, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable. No experience needed—just come as you are and let the sound hold you.

🌀 Yin Yoga & Soundbath 🌀

Soften the body. Settle the mind. Sink into sound.

Join us for a deeply nurturing evening that blends the slow stillness of Yin Yoga with the healing resonance of a Soundbath. This session includes Yin Yoga to release tension and open the body, followed by a meditative Soundbath using singing bowls, and chimes. Let the long-held postures and layers of sound guide you into deep rest and reset. Perfect for easing stress, calming the nervous system, and reconnecting with your inner quiet. Please bring a blanket and cushion so you can get really comfortable. Mats and props provided (or bring your own). No experience needed.

Come as you are, and leave feeling a little more whole.
